1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to AI BlurWeb. By accessing our site, registering an account, purchasing premium licensing, or using our browser extension, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our software and web services.

2. License Grant and Usage

AI BlurWeb grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to run our utility in your browser for personal or internal business purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. Each license key purchased is valid only for the number of concurrent device bindings specified in your plan (1 device for Monthly, 3 devices for Yearly, and 5 devices for Lifetime).

3. Payments, Renewals, and License Expiration

We offer monthly, yearly, and lifetime license tiers. Payments are securely processed through our authorized billing partners: Polar (for USD / international transactions) and Razorpay (for INR transactions). All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or money-back guarantees.

License Expiration & Renewal Policies:

INR Licenses (Razorpay): Expired licenses remain in your account and do not auto-delete. You can renew your subscription directly anytime via the Renew Key button in your customer dashboard.
USD Licenses (Polar): For international USD licenses, once a subscription passes its expiration date, the license key is automatically and permanently deleted from our database after 24 hours. Expired USD keys cannot be renewed from the dashboard; a new license pass must be purchased to resume protection.

4. Intellectual Property

The code, layouts, designs, branding assets, custom regex profiles, and graphics associated with AI BlurWeb are the exclusive intellectual property of AI BlurWeb. You agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, or distribute any part of our extension or application without our explicit written permission.

5. Account Cancellation and Deletion

You may cancel your account and permanently remove your personal data at any time via the Danger Zone section in your customer dashboard. Account deletion is immediate and irreversible. Upon deletion, all associated active licenses, device bindings, and payment history records will be permanently erased, and access to paid features will terminate immediately without refund eligibility.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

AI BlurWeb is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty, express or implied. While we strive to detect and blur passwords, card numbers, and PII, we do not warrant that our detection is 100% accurate. You are solely responsible for ensuring no sensitive information is leaked during your screen sharing sessions.
