We collect minimal information required to ensure reliable service, specifically: account registration credentials (email address), license key identification strings, active device counts, and transaction records. We do NOT collect, read, transmit, or store any sensitive data that is blurred by the utility on your web pages, such as passwords, input values, or files.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used to: verify your premium license activation status, manage active device bindings, handle support tickets, detect potential misuse of license terms, and improve the user experience of our web application. We only process email addresses for account setups and communication notifications.

3. Local Processing and Data Isolation

Your screen privacy is our main objective. The blurring algorithms, custom CSS selector matching, and regular expression tests operate completely within your local browser environment. No text content, password hashes, credit card records, or page screenshots are ever sent to AI BlurWeb servers or third-party storage providers. All analysis runs directly on your CPU/GPU in real-time.

4. Third-Party Providers and Security

We use Razorpay to process payments securely. Razorpay handles credit card and payment processing directly under their own strict privacy standards. Additionally, we use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Vercel Analytics to collect anonymized website usage statistics to help us monitor performance. These statistics do not include any local extension text or personal information.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain transaction metadata and license details as long as your account remains active. You can request the complete deletion of your account and billing history at any time by contacting our support team. Upon verification, we will purge your user records within 3 business days.
